RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At BIYÓ, all pieces are produced in limited quantities using Nigerian cotton and crafted by artisans in Lagos. Due to the nature of small-batch production, slight variations in fabric, color, and finish are expected and are not considered defects.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.

We encourage customers to review sizing carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us at info@biyothebrand.com.

EXCEPTIONS

We only accept returns in the case of:

• Incorrect item received
• Item arriving damaged or defective

If this applies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@biyothebrand.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

If approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement (subject to availability), or
• Store credit

Refunds will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

CONDITIONS

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

SHIPPING COSTS

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective
