BIYÓ ships globally from Lagos and New York.

PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Certain pieces are produced in limited runs or made in batches. In these cases, shipping timelines will be clearly noted in the product description.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated timeline for that specific item.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Nigeria: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Some BIYÓ pieces are offered on a pre-order or made-to-ship basis.

For these items:

  • The estimated ship date will be listed on the product page
  • Orders will ship once production is complete

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise requested.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent once your order has shipped.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

LIABILITY

Once an order has been dispatched, BIYÓ is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
